Our 10-Day 1000 Mile Test Drive begins the day you receive the vehicle, regardless of time of day. During that time, you can drive it for up to 10 Days or 1000 miles and return or exchange it due to any major mechanical defect. A major mechanical defect is defined as a single repair that exceeds 80% of the vehicle purchase price. To return or exchange your vehicle, you must let us know prior to 5 p.m. EST on the 10th calendar day after receiving your vehicle. We cannot accept a return if the car has been modified, in an accident or damaged, altered from the condition it was delivered in, had a lien or had a security as a loan, also known as encumbrance, put on the vehicle. Purchase price must be exceed $5000 to be eligible for the guarantee.
